Click on the 'Register' button in the top right corner. You can register as a Buyer, Seller, or Delivery Agent. Fill in your details and follow the instructions to get started.
Go to your Dashboard, click on 'Order History', and select the order you want to track. You will see real-time updates on your package's journey.
We currently accept M-PESA, Credit/Debit Cards, and Bank Transfers. Cash on Delivery is available for select locations and items.
Scroll to the footer and click on 'Start Selling'. Fill in your business details and wait for our team to approve your seller account. Once approved, you can start listing products!
Our delivery agent will contact you before arriving. If you're unavailable, you can designate someone else to receive the package or reschedule for another time.
